More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Additionally included in this new document disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend labelling different parts of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.

More documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
