A 23-year-old from Southampton received a 27-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting to reckless operation of a vehicle.
In addition, the judge issued a one-year license suspension and ordered unpaid work along with a rehabilitation program.

According to police officials, the video was captured at an illegal automobile gathering in the city on 28 December 2024, featuring the individual operating a pink BMW.

An officer commented: “Local people, drivers and our traffic officers have had their fill with these groups of drivers thoughtlessly occupying streets and car parks and we refuse to accept it.”
The officer continued: “They are not only a complete nuisance, but they also put themselves and uninvolved individuals at danger of severe harm.”
He finished: “We will continue to take legal action against these individuals and I trust these recent cases act as a caution: you will face consequences.”
